Dewberry Custard Pie


1 cup Dewberries or Blackberries
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/2 can Evaporated Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Mix Sugar and Berries and set aside.

Mix rest of ingredients separately before mixing all together.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour combined mixtures into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40-50 mins. or until custard is set in center.

For a diet friendly version, use splenda in place of sugar and spray pie pan with Pam in place of using a pie shell. Bake 40 mins. at 350 degrees or until custard is set in center of pie.
